The material is okay, just not anything amazing. The dress feels a bit thin, and I kind of felt stuck with it since it’s still wearable and not really worth the hassle of returning. For the price, it’s fine, but I wouldn’t say I’m excited about it

The person explained what happened, fixed it without making it a big deal, you just appreciate when customer service is that easy. I’d definitely use them again.

I ordered a bag from shortylove.com the design is really cute. The shape is a little different from the usual bags I see around, kind of more unique than... well, it just stands out in a nice way.
The colors look good in person, and the little details don’t feel cheap. I’ve worn it with casual outfits a few times already, and it’s been easy to match. I even got a couple compliments, which was a nice bonus.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the inside layout could be a bit better. It’s still usable, just not quite as organized as I’d hoped. Overall though, I’m happy with it and I’d still wear it often
